Each order comes with a tracking number and will usually be shipped directly from the manufacturing company. We ensure you will be able to receive your order, account for all parts, and even do a short trial before our refund time-frame is up.

If you are not fully satisfied with the product, our team will work to remedy the situation as a top priority. Look through our return policy or the detailed product warranty for further details. Caution should be taken not to damage the material when attempting the trial. If you need to return the product, please enclose it in the original packaging, if possible.

Unfortunately, the reality of shipping is that there can be unexpected problems, so be sure to look through all of your ordered materials to guarantee you’ve received the correct amount of materials to solve an issue as soon as possible. Materials damaged during shipping will not be suitable for your project and will need to be replaced immediately while you still have all of your order information available.
